How can I get a printed catalog of your products?
Poster.com has over 300,000 art prints and posters, with more items added each month. We have far more items than a typical retail store, or even a single publishing house. If we were to commit our online store to print, it would be bigger than several phone books, and be obsolete as soon as it came off the printing press. Therefore, we do not offer a printed version of our catalog.

Can I license some of these images from you, and include them in my own works or publications?
Poster.com cannot grant any licensing for the use of the images featured on our site. All art is protected by international copyright laws. In order to reproduce any image, you must first contact the owners of the artwork. In many cases, this will be the museum or foundation which owns the work of art.
Is it a print or a poster?
The prints we carry are produced using either the lithographic or serigraphic printing process, and are printed on high quality archival acid free paper. While posters are normally produced using much lower quality inks and are printed on thin high gloss stock.
We do carry a selection of entertainment posters, such as posters of rock bands and TV shows, which are of standard poster quality; however these are clearly marked as "Wall Posters" and not as "Fine-art Prints".

Will I be charged sales tax?
All orders shipping to the state of New Jersey will be charged an additional 7.00% sales tax. No tax will be charged for orders shipping to states other than New Jersey or for international orders.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
We typically require 1 to 3 days to process your order. Most artwork is processed within 24 hours. To know how long it will take to process the items you are ordering, see the statement on the artwork page and in the shopping cart where it reads "Usually ships".
Once the item ships, it will take 1-5 business days to arrive via ground shipping depending on your location. If you are located outside of the continental US, your order will be shipped via Airmail and will take 3-14 business days to arrive.
